Nature of the Craft & Wabi-Sabi Philosophy
Each piece at BeauMaries' Beadiful Artisan is handcrafted and unique. By purchasing, you acknowledge:
Variations: Because I use natural AAA-rated gemstones, crystal, and repurposed beads, slight variations in color, size, and texture are expected. These are not defects but a celebration of the wabi-sabi (perfectly imperfect) nature of handmade art.
One-of-a-Kind: Unless otherwise stated, items are unique pieces. Once sold, they cannot be replicated exactly.
Custom Orders and Resizing
To ensure the highest quality for your custom commissions:
Deposits: All custom projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins or materials are sourced.
Final Sale on Alterations: Any jewelry that has been resized or modified to your specific measurements is considered a Final Sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.
The 90-Day Artisan Guarantee
I stand behind the structural integrity of my work.
Coverage: For 90 days following your purchase, I offer complimentary repairs for any craftsmanship-related issues (e.g., clasp failure or wire breakage). This includes free shipping both ways.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents (e.g., crushed beads), or normal wear and tear over time.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: While I strive to ship ready-to-wear items quickly, please allow for additional processing time for custom sizing.
Risk of Loss: BeauMaries' Beadiful Artisan is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.

All designs, photographs, and content—including "The Studio Log" and the "Class of 2025" portfolio concepts—are the intellectual property of BeauMaries' Beadiful Artisan. They may not be used, reproduced, or resold without my express written consent.
Returns and Cancellations
Because of the artisanal and one-of-a-kind nature of these items, all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, please contact me within 48 hours so I can make it right.
